2. Service Overview

The Service provides a chat management platform for streamers on Twitch, enabling them to manage Q/A sessions via automated parsing of streaming chat text.

3. Pricing and Billing

Our Service is free to use. Some upcoming features will be under a monthly paid subscription.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights for the Service, including but not limited to software code, graphics, UI elements, are the exclusive property of asklive.co.

5. User Responsibility

You, the user, are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Third-party Services

Our Service integrates with Twitch. By using our services, you also agree to comply with Twitch's terms of use and community guidelines.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, asklive.co will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or your inability to access or use, the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the asklive.co at our sole discretion, without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
